Yunita is a playable character in Final Fantasy: The 4 Heroes of Light. She is the newest soldier for the Kingdom of Horne. Though the game follows a job system, Yunita is depicted as a Freelancer in official artwork. In animal form, she is brown and white rabbit.
Appearance and PersonalityEdit
Yunita has long brown hair she wears tied up on a ponytail. In her default appearance Yunita wears a burgundy skirt over a knight's armor.
Even though the other party members treat Yunita poorly in the beginning she remains loyal to them. Although she is strong and keeps a stoic figure, she is nervous when it comes to her leadership role in Brandt's group. Yunita can be overprotective, which can annoy the party members, although she manages to improve. She appears to have a crush on Krinjh, much to Brandt's irritation.
Yunita first meets Brandt and Jusqua within the Witch's Mansion, complaining about her failure as a knight. Brandt and Jusqua persuade Yunita to join them, and together they reach the final floor of the manor. Yunita and the others defeat Louhi and save Princess Aire, and return to Horne, only to find out that everyone has been turned to stone.
After going to the castle in search of King Horne, who has vanished, a representative from the Committee of Baneful Magicking tries to convince the party to go with him to Liberte, a peaceful ocean town. Yunita, determined to save Horne, refuses. She convinces Jusqua that he must take Aire with him if he wishes to go.
The party splits up, and Yunita and Brandt decide to head to Guera to find a way to save Horne. The pair wander the deserts of Guera and get lost; they soon meet Krinjh, who takes the two to the Moonlight Tower and helps them obtain a Merkmal so they may enter the Kingdom of Guera. When meeting with the King of Guera, Yunita and Brandt decide to help the king with a monster problem in the desert in order to save Horne. Yunita goes to the Quicksand Castle with Brandt and Krinjh, but they are attacked by a Sand Devil.
After defeating the Sand Devil, she is revealed to be Ariadne who disappears with Krinjh after he tells Brandt and Yunita to venture to Arbor for a cure. After returning to Guera, they could not meet the king, so Yunita and Brandt decide to spend the night in the inn. During the night Brandt abandons Yunita and heads to Arbor by himself.
Yunita wakes up the next morning to find that Brandt has gone. She decides to head to the merchant city of Urbeth, but arrives when the town is under attack by monsters. Yunita encounters Jusqua and together, they manage to save the town from the monsters. After saving the town, Thauzand gives them a ship as thanks. Yunita and Jusqua agree to head to Invidia to follow the sorcerer who summoned the monsters to the town, but when morning comes, Yunita awakens to discover she was again left behind.
Yunita decides to head to Spelvia to meet Rolan and seek a way to save Horne. Yunita chooses to climb the Tower to the Sky and cross a rainbow to reach Spelvia through the Spelvia Dungeons. In the tunnels she is reunited with Aire and agrees to be more of a friend than a bodyguard. The two arrive in Spelvia, only to find it in utter turmoil. Discovering that Rolan has locked himself in solitude, thinking that humans are selfish, Yunita and Aire venture into Rolan's Soul and meet an incarnation of Rolan's light.
Together they manage to defeat the monsters that were controlling Rolan, but in the process they release the darkness within him. Upon returning to Spelvia, Yunita and Aire are reunited with Brandt and Jusqua. The party arrives in Rolan's chamber and are forced to defeat him in battle; post-fight, however, Yunita and the others realize that they have released darkness throughout the world, effectively sending it back in time to a time where Chaos and his minions were trying to overtake the world. To stop this, the group now has to to collect the legendary weapons of light.
Having been sent back in time proves to help Yunita and the others on their quest as they manage to correct many mistakes that were made in the past with their knowledge of the future to come, also stopping Horne from ever becoming cursed with the petrifying spell. After collecting the legendary weapons, Yunita goes with the others into the Star Chamber and they defeat the dark lord Chaos, which eradicates the power of darkness from the world and Yunita and the others are sent back to their own time, only in this time many of the world's problems have been fixed thanks to their meddling in the past.
At the end of the game, Yunita returns to Horne with the others, and tells King Horne about Aire being a brave warrior on their journey. Aire decides she doesn't want to stay in Horne and be a princess, but instead continue to protect the world as a Hero of Light. Yunita accompanies Aire and the others, aware of their destiny as the protectors of their world.
Yunita is most affluent as the healer and enhancer of the party. She has the highest Spirit growth of the group and has fair Strength and Intellect. As her Spirit stat is high, Yunita is perfect for using the White Mage and Sage crowns. Yunita is good equipped with both White Magic and Black Magic.
