The Worm Elite is an enemy from Crisis Core -Final Fantasy VII-.
It has a strong physical attack and can greatly damage the player's AP with AP Graviga and Osmose, as well as inflict Stop with Absolute Stop Thread. It is otherwise not a threat to a well-leveled player. Regular attacks and Tri-Thundaga easily defeat it.
