Added by XenomicWhispering Wind (かぜのささやき, Kaze no Sasayaki?), also known as Whisperwind, WhispWind, and Wind, is a recurring ability in the series, and is the ability of the Sylph. It generally restores HP to the entire party evenly after draining HP from an enemy.

Whisperwind, also known as Wind, is the ability of the Sylph, which deals non-elemental damage to one enemy and restores HP evenly to all party members at the cost of 20 MP. In the DS version, it instead inflicts Wind-elemental damage and costs 25 MP to use.
Final Fantasy IV -Interlude-

Whisper Wind is the ability of the Sylph, and deals non-elemental damage to one enemy and distributes the HP stolen evenly among the party. It requires at least Summon Magic level 1 to use, and costs 8 MP to cast.
Final Fantasy XI

Whisper Wind is the name of Garuda's ability in Final Fantasy XI. It a Blood Pact ability learned at level 36, it restores some HP to all party members in range at the cost of 92 MP.
