Weather Eye

Weather Eye is a minor character in Final Fantasy XII. First seen as an ordinary Rabanastran, he is a seeq at the Rabanastre Southgate who can predict when the weather on the Giza Plains will change. He is an ordinary Rabanastran until you beat the Tomb of Raithwall, at which point he tells the player of his ability. He plays no major role in the game, but is helpful when you need him.
