Strategy: For the purpose of this section of my walkthrough, Shemhazai is now going by the somewhat unimaginative name of Shimy. We've done this before, we know what to do. You gotta shoot down Shemhazai and he will join your Ring of Pacts and a member of your team will gain a Quickening. Who will get the Quickening? you'll have to beat this mission to find out! Bring in Hashmal again for this mission. We are yet to have a summoning gate so take the one closest to you taking out anything that stands in your way. Here's something new, Vampires are weak to the Healing element. Unfortunately unlike Final Fantasy XII we can't directly use cure on them. You will either have to wait until Penelo has "Holy" or use Ultima. They shouldn't be overly difficult anyway (Not yet at least) Hit the Antlion from afar with a spell to get it and the vampires to attack you. Dispose of them quickly but make sure you always watch your back for a surprise attack of Vampires. Trust me this could spell game over very quickly. Now "Charge" Kytes then use "Stonega" on The Ixions to get Shimy over to you. Make sure you have Hasmal summoned or you will end up in a lot of trouble. If any other Vampires come to attack ignore them and finish off Shimy as quickly as possible. Most of your teammates should have a few offensive abilities to use to knock off Shimy's health pretty quickly | ||||||||||||||||||
