Don't even give these three a chance to breathe. Bring your heaviest damage to this combat -- Orlandeau, Agrias, Construct 8, and Balthier -- to unleash the pain before they can return the favor. Two Hallowed Bolt attacks, placed in the midst of the enemy formation, will be enough to send the Marquis packing. With a good double-shot of damage, you should be able to win this battle before the first round is even half over.

In a wide hallway, Marquis Elmdore and his assassins square off against Ramza and his companions.
Elmdore: At last, the hour of my retribution is come.
Ramza: Where do you hide my sister!?
Elmdore: Questions are the right of a victor, Ramza --- not that of a man about to meet his end!
The battle begins.
The marquis kneels, wounded. Around him, his servants transform into demons.
Elmdore: You are strong. There... there is no denying that. It is more than I can overcome... so bound within this fragile shell of flesh.
He and the demons teleport away.
Elmdore: (from off-screen) I await you in the undercroft. It is there your darling sister sleeps.
Ramza: You will not escape me!
The battle ends.
