It is I Hexed here, your messiah and guide to Final Fantasy Three. After leaving Ur, head south to the Town of Kazus.
Kazus[]
First off, talk to the nerd (Arc), he'll join you. Equip him with the best equipment you have. Also if you walk up into the town a bit, just south of the blue roofed house, walk into the forest you'll be able to find a Mythril Helm near the top right corner of the lake. All shops are closed due to all the citizens being cursed by the Djinn into being ghosts. Go into the inn and talk to the guy at the second counter, he'll give you a AIRSHIP!! Also don't go into the cave just yet, we'll be getting to that soon. Exit the town, go west into the desert to get your very first airship! Name the redhead, which for the sake of this walkthrough will be called Refia, fully equip her.
Sasune Castle[]
Fly the airship north-east, but don't fly over that black stuff, which i think is to represent a river, fly to the castle, land using the B button. Walk in talk to the guy in front of the gate, get a cutscene, name him but he'll be known by his default name, Ingus for the Walkthrough. Walk up through the castle, there's a free bed for healing. Walk up another floor walk into the part of the wall, if it's a darker grey than the rest, walk through it. Now just loot everything in the secret area, the top floor has another secret area in a secret area. The loot from all the chests are: Blizzard, Bronze Knuckles, 2000 gil. Now walk back into the main part of the castle and keep going upstairs until you get into the Throne Room, get a cutscene and Ingus will join your party.
We are supposed to go to the Cursed Cave, but we'll have to do some level grinding first. Buy all the armor/weapons needed to fully equip everyone at Ur. First go to the east tower, walk all the way up it getting the chests full with arrows on the way (each chest that gives arrows gives 20 of them) Equip the Bow found in the tower to someone. Now just walk around the world map until all your party members levels are 5 or above, (remember you can heal using the bed in the castle)then go to the west tower, go up to the top, open the chests along the way, the top of the tower has a trapped chest, Open it!
Miniboss: Gryphon
HP: around 150.
Ok, so this guy may be hard if you are weakened by the random encounters from the tower, now that you have Blizzard, use it, it will do lots of damage, the Bow also works well. Watch out though for his strong 20+ damage physical, after 2 rounds he should be defeated. The Wightslayer is your reward, equip it to one of your party members.
Sealed Cave[]
Get out of Sasune (make sure you're fully healed) fly your airship north, enter the cave. Once in the cave head follow the path, but at the first corridor which may change your direction turn into it, follow that path as well, at the next big room head north, the chest there has Cure magic. Follow the rest of the path downward, levelling up on the way then go down the stairs at the end of the path. In this room grab the chest with 500 gil, then press A on the skull, walk through the corridor to get a cutscene, which will get you Princess Sara, the as a guest party member. The rest of the floor is so easy to get through it is not worth typing about. This next floor is the final one, just follow the north path until it gets to Djinn.
Boss: Djinn
HP:650
This fight may be the first actual boss fight in this game, but it's simple, just use a Antarctic wind and get everyone else attacking. It's really that simple. If that doesn't work, another attack will kill him.
Watch the cutscene and you finally get job classes!
