Greetings my nonexistent minions, now this may be one of the final parts of this walkthrough for a while.

Job Formation[]

Thief
Dragoon
Geomancer
Bard

Doga's Manor[]

First off, fly your airship to the south continent, fly through the mountain range until you get to a manor. Walk down through the hall to get a cutscene and some moogles will go and ass-rape apprehend you, then some old fella will give some plot exposition. He'll join the party, he'll cast Firaga and FLARE!1!1! in battle. Buy 8 mallets from a moogle. Re-stocking a supply of High-Pot(ion)s is useful. Walk all the way to the final room of the manor. The pot in this room will restore your HP and MP. Touch the candle. Go into the passage and use 1 mallet on each member of your party. Walk into the mouse-hole.

Cave of The circle[]

Just keep going right. Flee from every battle unless you want the bestiary entries. There are no chests in this shit-hole. When you get to the end of the cave your airship gets upgraded to a Airship-Submarine. Also Doga does some shit.

Doing Random Shit[]

Go into your submarine-airship or whatever it is. Fly to the triangular-ish island at the corner of the world map. Descend into the water and go in the underwater cave. This place has the best XP for us as of the moment.

Sunken Cave[]

First off everything in here is weak against Thunder so have your Dragoon equipped with Thundar Spears. The first chamber of this cave is simple. Remember that bards are good healers when they have the Dream Harp equipped. The second floor has loads of treasure including a Chakram, Tiger Claws, a Dual Tomahawk, go down to the third floor. This floor has more treasure, which includes: A Air knife, Diamond Mail, Loki Harp, Diamond Bracers, Phoenix Down, an Elixer, Diamond Gloves, Ancient Sword, Diamond Shield, Metal Knuckles, Diamond Helm and the Cognitome. The third floor has a hidden room with 4 guarded chests, the Eater and Death claw will divide when hit by weapons, so use geomancy. Leave this place.

Saronia Catacombs[]

BIG NOTE: GET A JOB LEVEL 71 THIEF!
First off we're grinding in here for a while, also steal off every enemy in here, because we'll need all the overpowered attack items that can be obtained here. Watch out for the Cenchos enemy in this place, because it's physical attacks HURT, remember to grind to around level 34. The first 2 chambers in this area are simple. However in the third area go through the right passage first, the chests here include a Golem Staff, a Rune Bell and an Aegis Shield, go to the left passage, which contains the passage to the next area, a Reflect Mail and a Heavy lance. Equip neither to your Dragoon. Once in the fourth room, at the corner, go directly into the wall in a easterly direction. This hidden area has chests that are guarded by either a Ouroboros or a Cenchos, there's 4 elixer chests and 4 Phoenix Down chests. (must resist urge to state meme!) You should kill all of the enemies easily. Now go up into the next room and talk to the giant guy on a horse. IT'S OUR NOT SO FRIENDLY NEIGHBOUR, ODIN!!!

Boss:Odin
HP: 30000
His physical attacks are pretty powerful, also make sure to steal the Gungnir off him as soon as possible and then equip it on your Dragoon. Remember to make sure your bard keeps the healing up and use loads of attack items. This can be a hard fight, if you don't do it right. Have your geomancer use Terrain like there's no tomorrow. The key to this fight is keeping up damage. Remember you are FUCKED if he hits you with 2 Zanetsukens in a row. If you are lucky, your geomancer might use Shadowflare. You can get another Gungnir By winning it from Odin. You must be lucky to do so.

After the fight you'll get Catastro, Odin's summon spell. Also Dragoons are now the most viable melee class at the moment. Now go to the south of the continent that Saronia is on and dive into the water.

P.S. This dude has one kill attacks. Keep phoenix downs with you.

Temple of Time[]

This is one of the hardest places in the game, Behemoths appear here, and they are tough. In fact on my first playthrough, I couldn't beat one until I could use earth crystal jobs. This is the last place that we'll have our thief. My Dragoon started hitting over 9999 here. In the first room, go to the locked doors to get to treasure rooms. The first one contains a Diamond Helm. The second contains Diamond Bracers. Go south and then west to get to the water, then head north. At the stairs go east. Go down the stairs and go east a bit to get a Defender. Go down the next set of stairs. Go directly east to get to a locked door with Diamond Mail as a treasure inside. Go into the water and go west to get to a room with a Behemoth Knife and Diamond Gloves. Equip the knife to your thief. This knife should make him or her deal the damage limit. Go over to the north-eastern door and unlock it. Go down the stairs. In this room walk into the eastern waterfall to get to a secret passage which has 3 chests containing: a Blood Lance, a Protect ring and a Lamia harp. Your bard can sing with the Lamia Harp to deal damage to your enemies. Equip the Blood Lance over the Trident. Equip the Protect ring to your Geomancer. Go back to the start of the room. The Dragon enemy in this area gives 9000 gil when slain, which might happen if your geomancer uses Whirlpool. Go down the sets of stairs, and go into the eastern door to get Noah's Lute. With this we can awaken some sage. Leave. Change your thief to a Dark Knight. This is the end of the twelth part.
