UrEdit

From the cave, head south to Ur. Go in the building with the blue roof (it'll be to your left). In the first room, there are two wellsprings. The one on the left heals HP and MP. The one on the right fully revives KO'd allies. Go through the door directly ahead of you and talk to the old guy at the end of the room. He'll explain some things for you. After he gets done talking, get out of the building.

Now, it's always good talk to everyone you can in a town, but I'll only tell you about the ones that get you suff. For example, when you come out of tyhe elder's building (the one with the blue roof) there's an old man just to the right of the door. Give him a potion, and he'll give you a Phoenix Down. Phoenix Downs are invaluable. Literally. You will probably only get about 20-25 of them throughout the game, and they only sell for one gil. No store sells them. Anyway, walk around to north of the inn. See the 2 paths? Take the one to the right and follow it to the end.

Arc FF3
Arc

You'll see a a little person getting taunted by three people smaller than him. This is the next namable character. We'll call him Arc for the sake of continuity. After a short cutscene, Arc runs off for Kazus. Don't follow him! Instead, go back to where there are 2 paths and go up the other one. It's just past the weapons shop and has an old man at the entrance of it. Go past him and follow it until you get to an abondoned looking house. Go in the house.

At the right of the room, there are 2 open vases. Get the antitodes hidden inside them. Next, talk to the old man in the middle of the room. He'll tell you hoow to open the secret passage. Go through the passage and up the stairs. There are five chests at the top. They contain a Cure spell (you'll want to equip that), a longsword, some eye drops, a Phoenix Down, and a dagger. Now, get out of there and go back to Ur. Then, get out of Ur. If you want, go buy some stuff in the shops before you go.

KazusEdit

Once out of Ur, go south towards Kazus. When you get in there, go talk to Arc. He's right there. After you talk to him, he joins your team (Yay). Equip Arc with 2 longswords and bronze bracers.

Continue into town. You won't be able to talk to most of the people because, well, they've all been turned into ghosts. Go into the inn. Talk to the ghost in front of the bar. That's this game's Cid. He lets you borrow his airship. Get out of Kazus and go east into the desert to get the airship.

Refia

Once in, go to the helm and talk to the girl there. This is your next playable character, who we'll call Refia for now. Equip your strongest weapons and armor that are not already in use to her. After the cutscene, go up to the helm and press A.

Castle SasuneEdit

Ingus
Ingus
NeloAngeloAdded by NeloAngelo

From the desert, head northwest until you get to the castle. Land somewhere nearby and walk in. Talk to tyhe blondie at the gate to get in the castle. After you talk to him, go through the gate and just keep walking north till you can't walk north anymore. Watch the cutscene, learn that Princess Sara is missing and that you have to banish the Djinn, and get blondie (Ingus) on your party. Equip what you can to him.

Detour #2Edit

Before you go fight Djinn, there sare some things you need to get from the castle. Get out of the throne room and go down one more floor. From the red carpet at the bottom of the stairs, go left. Press against the wall in different spots until you find the secret passage (it's near the bottom). Get the Phoenix Down from the chest at the end of the passage. Get ou of the passage and go straight to the right. From that room, go down the stairs at the south and get the gil. Go back up the stairs and go up the other set of stairs. Follow that path to the 2 chests and get the leather shield and Blizzard (equip that) from them. Just between the chest on the left and the candles is another hidden passage. Follow it (left, up, right) and get the bronze knuckles from the chest. Equip those to whoever. Get out of there and go back to the room with the red carpet at the bottom of the stairs. Go down the stairs again. In this room, there are beds you can use to heal on the left. Get out of that room to get to the outer part of the castle. Go east and go in the East Tower, gather all the goodies, equip them to whoever, get out. After you get out, go west to the West Tower. Same drill as the East Tower, except there are monsters here and a mimi-boss battle to get the sword at the top of the tower (equip the bow and some arrows before you open the chest.):

During the battle, go to "equipment" in the battle menu and equip the Wightslayer (your new sword) to anyone. Just keep attacking and healing your party until it dies. After the battle, get out of the tower and use the beds inthe castle if you need healing. Afterwards get out and get in your airship.

I Hate ZombiesEdit

Suggested PartyEdit

Luneth-Freelancer
Freelancer Equipment: Bronze Knuckles/ Wightslayer/ Leather Cap/ Vest/ Bronze Bracers Line Posistion: Front
Arc-Freelancer
Freelancer Equipment Longsword (x2)/ Leather Cap/ Leather Armor/ Bronze Bracers Line Posistion Front
Refia-Freelancer
Freelancer Equipment Longsword/ Bronze Knuckles/ Leather Cap/ Leather Armor Line Posistion Front
Ingus-Freelancer
Freelancer Equipment Bow/ Holy Arrow/ Leather Cap/ Leather Armor Line Posistion Back

Since your team is still all Freelancers, who-has-what still doesn't matter. But whoever has swords should be in front while the one who has a bow should be in back. Also, make sure someone has Blizzard learned.

Sealed CaveEdit

Get in the airship and head northeast. Sealed Cave is right there behind the small lake. After you get in, go directly south and follow the path. When it forks, keep following the path south and get the potion from the chest.

Go back to the fork and follow it east. When it gets to a large opening, go north and get the Cure spell from the chest. You are gonna want to learn that. After that, go to the south of the room and follow the path and go down the stairs at the end.

FFIII Sara
Princess Sara
EspritduoAdded by Espritduo

Get the gil from the chest at the southwest end of the room. Next, go to the northeast end of the room and press A on the skull to open the secret passage. Follow it and get Princess Sara on your team. She is the first NPC that will join your team. Most of them are all but useless (attacking at the wrong time; using the wrong spell; not attacking at all), but Sara is one of the exceptions. She has Cure and Aero, both of which are very useful. As with other NPCs, press Y to talk to her.

Go southwest and go down the stairs.

Go to where the path splits in two and follow the path that heads south. Get the Antarctic Wind from the chest at the end. Go back and then head north.

When it gets to an opening, head south again. Get the eye drops from the chest, then take the path to the northwest. Follow the path to the boss.

DO NOT USE YOUR ANTARCTIC WINDS. Save those for a future boss. Instead, attack him with everything you've got. If you run out of arrows, you can equip them during the battle. The most important thing to do, however, is to use Blizzard. He is fire-elemental, thus he is weak to ice. Beat the living crap outta him and watch the cutscene. It will tell you (eventually) that you can now use jobs. After the mini credits and the Moogles brief decription on jobs, give your guys (and girl) the upgrade they deserve. I would suggest using Thief, White Mage, Red Mage, and Warrior. At this point in the game, Red Mages can do everything a Black Mage can plus use better weapons. The White Mage is your healer, your Warrior is your weapons expert, and your Thief can unlock doors, run away with Flee, and Steal items from your enemies.
