Oh God this place was painful --Rocking Chair

Whisperwind Cove Edit

Now this isn't technically the next cave in the series however it has easier bosses than Lifespring Grotto. This time around there are 40, yes count them, 40 floors. However we only need to go through this place once and forget that it even exists.

Because the place is so long you seriously should consider loading up on items. I mean really loading up such as 99 potions and stuff. Your going to need to save as much Magic as you can especially your White Mage. After 40 floors your going to be pretty depleted and the last Boss may give you a bit of trouble. Trust me you won't ever want to go through here again.

B40 BOSS LEVEL

My Sympathies go out to BlueHighwind for creating this table. Saves me a lot of effort and I really could not be bothered. I'll try my best to get through this but I can't 100% guarantee that what I write here will be the same for your game. My advice is to save everytime you reach a new floor and try out the strategies listed here and see which one works. Just keep doing this and we should eventually get through this. It will be a long 2 hours before you complete it though.

Dirt Cave Edit

This floor should be absolutely covered in what looks like dirt. If you get lucky on this floor then you will find 3 treasure chests in the center of the room. The West and East side of the room are pretty hard to navigate but amongst the dead ends you should be able to find two chests on the West side and one on the East. When your finally ready to leave you can find the exit right in the South-Eastern corner.

Rocky Maze Edit

Another of those floors that should of been left back at the HellFire Chasm. If your looking for all the treasure chests they are to the West and then West and North is the Stairs. Interesting Fact: One of the Leading cause of suicides in the world are caused by the Soul of Chaos dungeons.

Small Floor Edit

This is a pretty small part of the cave. Even though this place is quite tight, they still manage to cram a few Treasure chests in. There are two treasure chests along the Eastern wall and there are another two along the Western wall and keep walking up to find the stairs.

Marsh Cave 1 Edit

A nice and simple map with nothing really interesting going on. You can't really go wrong here all paths lead to the exit. There is still a shitload of treasure here to collect though. You can find a treasure chest at the end of the North path, East Path and at the end of the Western path where you will also find another treasure chest along the way. Finally there should be one in the South-Western corner and then you can leave.

Marsh Cave 2 Edit

It can't all be easy can it. This is one hell of a massive floor. You'll struggle to find every treasure chest but it is my job as a walkthrough writer to direct you to the treasure. There are chests in the South-East and South-Western corners and another when walking between them. The Last two are near the Exit which is to the North West.

Marsh Cave 3 Edit

This room is pretty simple with four rooms. The Treasure is in the Western room, The one next to the Western room and the Eastern room. Once you have gotten everything you can leave via the North-East Corner.

Marsh Cave 4 Edit

This is the last of the Marsh Cave floors here. This one has pillars that are all over the joint. Down in the South-West and North-East corners there are some treasure rooms and a bonus in the North East corner. The last one is towards the west right near the Exit.

Ice Cavern 1 Edit

The spikes in the floor are back from the Cavern Of Ice we previously visited. In the North West there is a treasure room with a heap of treasure up for grabs. Be sure not to miss this and there should be another chest to grab along the South-West in another treasure room. Once your done leave via the South-East.

Ice Cavern 2 Edit

This is actually kind of the only floors in this Soul of Chaos dungeon that make sense. You are in an actual Ice Cavern not an Overworld map like in HellFire Chasm. This floor is a Grid pattern so you shouldn't have much trouble navigating through here. There is a treasure chest at the South wall and you should find another three treasure chests and the exit along the Western Wall.

Ice Cavern 3 Edit

There should be a whole heap of Ice crystals on this floor. If this is the case then along the Northern wall there should be three treasure chests for you to grab. If you want out then go to the North-West then down to the South-West.

Ice Cavern 4 Edit

Oh no! we haven't finished with these Ice Caverns yet. This room is kind of difficult to describe and the best way to put it is that it is a bit like a spiral. In the Southeast you will find a treasure room and then head north and you should find the exit.

Ice Cavern 5 Edit

This level is just one of them random ice Floors you will find in this Soul of Chaos. The Treasure is in 2 rooms in the South-East and South-Western corners. Once you are done just keep looking for the exit around the Western Area.

Ice Cavern 6 Edit

There are a heap of rooms on this floor but none of them really do anything except one to the South which contains some treasure. The other room we will be needing is to the North which holds the stairs.

I thought I'd be able to fit this all on this page but I guess it would be very long and messy. So look on the next page for some more Whisperwind Cove Fun.
