Valkus

Valkus (バルカス Barukasu) is a character from Final Fantasy: Legend of the Crystals. He is the bumbling general of the Tycoon air force, leading the flag-airship Iron Wing, who, despite his aggressiveness and large size, is fiercely loyal to Queen Leena. During his adventures, he becomes infatuated with Rouge and leaves the the Tycoon air force to joins her crew of pirates after defeating Deathgyunos.
He is voiced by Shigeru Chiba in Japanese, and by John Demita in the English dub.
