| Terra is a frickin plot device. How on earth can you make a story without troubles? What good would Little Red Riding Hood be without the Wolf eating the grandma? I'm the wolf, and Terra's the grandma. Whether you guys calls the lumberjack to bring the granny back to life of let the hunter kill the wolf and leave the granny dead, it's your choice. Right now there is no problem, no starting point, what's everyone's motivation in this? Some crapass war? And besides, if ZERO does finds Terra, will they ride on a unicorn to the sunset and leave the already dying story to fend off for itself? My guy just comes out of the blue because no one on the story could be bothered in actually starting the story. For example, instead of starting each part a description of the time, character and setting, we all have some meaningless fight to show off how "badass" our characters are. Jesusmaster started what could be a good story, so why nobody continues it? Easy, there is no fight in his story. Consider yourself lucky, ZERO, if it weren't for someone, my guy's gun wouldn't jam in the assassination attempt.This is a long explanation, but I do hope you're getting the picture. Now, back on business, I do believe the point of this is that we each takes turn writing. Thus, technically none of us knows what'll happen next, since someone can pull off a magnificent plot twist. So why, oh why do we need planning? A good man once said "Conflicted plannings are worse than no planning." And he's dead right. All I can see in you "plannings" is a shipwreck. I dont "plan", I "improvise". That's the objective of this thing, you "Improvise" the previous writer's tale. This isnt "your" story, it's "our" story. What I'm doing is killing a girl so people like Xcepscern, Jesusmaster, CL and the like will get a chance to write something good. I'm trying to merge all the sections together plotwise. Terra is moved somewhere else, and you get too go on about ZERO's despair and (in a loner sort of way) heartbreak for getting so close to saving her, but failing. What'do you think?

This incites Cloud's attack on the central palace (revenge) wherein we discover that the chancellor was being manipulated by Chaos through his advisor. In the end we end up in the After Realm to fight chaos(Devil May Cry anyone). I guess Cloud will have to stay there with Terra(who is, as I mentioned, there).

Well guys, it looks like those of you who are going to be taking a trip through Leon550's talk page better take your umbrellas because there is a heavy shitstorm in process. It's uncertain if it'll clear up any time soon but we can clearly see that this was caused when a bunch of kids collided with Leon550 and were unable to grasp the concepts he was trying to tell them, such as expanding characters and not making them simple plot devices or things to fanwank over.

| Part is, part isn't. The part that isn't is in the Middle Ages. That is actually the only real life dystopia. Everyone was poor, unless they were rich, in which case they were at war, etc. And then there are the inherent sequals. The up-coming game is in the Renesaince in Italy. You may get some primitive fire-arms at most. And then there is the obvious last game which should take place wholy in the future. I am almost certain that that one will have guns.
Also, though I cannot speak from experience, Mirror's Edge seems to have many of the criteria you specify: dystopic, guns, hand-to-hand combat, etc. The only thing is, you don't get swords but for now I'll guess that that isn't as important. I also don't know the villains' motives and don't want to find out too early because I plan on getting it (I don't care if I play as a chick).

| I'm a narcisstic, proud, self centered bastard, most of the posts I write only have either Leon and/or Francis as main. Besides, I believe that the writers have the best feel of their characters. That's why I tend to leave character-making descisions and actions to that character's creator. And I advise you to tone the 'Emotional' part down a bit, because "LEAVE ME ALOOOONNNEE!!!!1!!" Is laughable.
And your way of "Emotional-izing" the characters has turned:
- Avec, a proud, Jack Sparrowish, wisecracking free man into an emotionless, satelite character meant to say "Yes, you're right." to the main of the post.
- Ivy, a confused, but determined commonner into the same emotionless satelite of above.
- Max, a serious, mentor character who was a nice mix of Basch and Big Boss (BBB, lol) into another emotionless droid who have a kindergardenish relationship with his sister.
I think the problem is not that you're using too much/not enough emotions, it seems that you're draining these character's emotions to the main, who is overflowing with them. Sometimes the best personality is not the one who screams too much

| EDIT CONFLICT: As much as it pains me to admit this, Leon is completely right. TC has been turned into, as if it was ever anything other than, the Statue and Tang show. ZEROX and Cluna are fine when they write about thier own characters, but I'm frankly sick of reading of them. I want to read about Max, Dante, Seto, and the others, and their interesting and individual stories. I realize this is what the Gaidens are for, but if they are reduced to mere emotionless puppets in the actual story, then what's really the point of having them at all?

But really, it doesn't matter who the characters are based after (You'd be stunned to see who Francis is really based from), it's about how they ends up as. I see Max as a mentor, stoic character who wants more glory for the soldiers. I see Avec as a sreet-wise leader of a small gang. I see Alexandra as an inexperienced Queen with high potential. I see Queen Helena as the polar opposite of Alexandra: expert at what she does but with barely any morals. Ect, ect.
And if you're happy at how Max and Furiae are currently represented, then damn...

| In your interpretation of Max, you'd be wrong. Max doesn't want glory for soldiers (here's where Jacobs comes in); he sees them as blind fools with more balls than brains.
And it doesn't really matter if I'm fine with how Max and Furiae; everyone (you included) prevent any possible improvement. But truth be told, all the characters I make for these fics, have always been attention avoiding background characters by design, not accident.

| I appreciate the fact that you're trying to add more backstory to this, I really do, but you have to understand, look at it from another angle, read deeper. UW was originally a secret between Amos and Ezekiel. The only people still alive who know about it are Matax, Ethan, and Eva (Ezekiel too, but he's undead). How did Samael find out about it if only five people ever knew of it? You seem to be just making this up instead of following the clues I leave. If you want an alternative, you can talk about the Eon Omega, whom UW was modeled after. Just keep in mind that that will eventually be Ivy's Eon.

| No, I'm not insulting nobody here. It's just that I dont want this plot point to end up like mine. I mean just look, Francis drained magic, killed countless of lives and caused chaos. Then Aurora did worse. What's the heroes' reaction to it? Well, they've spent one chapter in some refugee camp cooing some baby and be a total emo.
I am not having the same for UW. I dont want another person putting in massive plot points, but having nobody reacting to it.
Why am I talking about this? That's because you did what I did (albeit less subtle), you plan on making a bombshell plot point that goes "wow, didnt saw that comming". You did this by making it as silent and unknown by the others. But that's a flaw, right now nobody is interrested in UW (but you, me, and 8bit), and I dont think they will be when UW gets out. You need to make them interrested and involved on UW if you want them to do something about it later.
Dont do the same mistake I did.
