Neo Bahamut: Since the topic I made was apparently locked, I'm bringing this quote of yours here, to address.

I disagree with this, and not just because I'm a perverted SOB. There's a few things I'd like to point out: 1, if they remade FFVII, they wouldn't go through the trouble of re-engineering all of the graphics. So, not only would they not change it anyway, there really shouldn't be a problem in having it, as it was tolerated the first time around. 2, there is those few frames in AC where Tifa wears her original clothing, & it's evident that she wears them underneath. So, they're basically already part of the continuity. 3, The clothing to me is an important characterization aspect. It seemed like she dressed that way as an attempt to attract Cloud's attention, and it was really no problem, considering their eco-terrorist lifestyle. Flash forward to AC, she's got Cloud, & is beginning to settle down & raise a family, of sorts. There's an important message of maturity conveyed in such a simple thing as a change of clothes.

And I don't really get why that topic was locked. Sure, it was just wishful thinking, but where is the law that says every topic must have serve a practical purpose? That was garnering a lot of responses, and a fun little discussion could have resulted from it. Even worse, I hadn't had the chance to offer my POV. :,(

Neo Bahamut: I can kind of see that, I guess. Most people don't really like something they perceive to be "slutty." It annoys them to no end.

As I'm new, I neither knew, nor cared about that. I usually whipe my threads away after they've died, so spam is pretty much a non-issue. However, if it has indeed been "done to death," I suppose it shouldn't be too difficult to find another topic like that to post in.

And if it is, I can always do what I do best: Bitch incessently. XD
