- A forum post isn't going to do anything, there's nothing "special" that can be done. If there are admins available, and he's using proxies to come back, there is nothing that Wikia can do, staff have the same power as an admin more or less, and nothing more can be done as far as blocking this guy. This may be a stupid question, but do you get both Cloud and Balthier? Or do you get Balthier instead of Cloud in WotL?

If you just bought it, its a ways off for you. PS, unless your REALLY commited, cloud is useless in that game. And i mean REALLY commited to the level grind.

Getting Balthier has no connection to getting Cloud. You need to keep Mustadio in your party though. First you need to recruit Beowolf, then Reis (Dragon), then get Construct 8, fight Construct 7 and make Reis human, then you can summon Cloud to Ivalice. From there you have to fight just one battle for him to join your party. He isn't that great though. | |||
Get him to LVL 99, he can pretty much fend off again TGCid at the same level if he has Short Charge. Speaking of which, do you have FFVII on your PSP? They converted it for use on the PSP. Sora G. Strife 04:40, 9 June 2008 (UTC)

VII glitched on me. I'm at Wutai tracking down the whore-bitch slut that stole my Materia, and both Cloud and Tifa have a Fire Materia equipped to the first slot in their weapons. Anything like this ever happen to you?

The Wutai sidequest never worked right for me. I always lost all my Materia, but often when Yuffie returned the stones, some were missing mysteriously. However, when Aeris leaves the party and gives up her Materia, the missing ones always return just as mysteriously (I'm too frightened of what might happen to try it after Disc 1). Your problem has never happened to me. | |||
Do you have the original PS1 version? 'Cuz the PC version doesn't have any problems with "that" issue.

Oh and do you recall what level you were when you went to that Ancient's Labyrinth thingy the first time? I'm stuck there 'cuz my computer just doesn't want to un-debug going up this certain staircase. I always encounter this certain monster about 19 steps up and when I finish the battle I get a debug pop-up. Lol damn you computer.

Well, I'm adding the fiends from FFX-2, as there are hardly any. Question, what do I do about Fiends that have different types, in the same game, example, there are 2 Adamantoise's in FFX-2, different strengths. You're really asking the wrong person. I love FFX, and even wrote a walkthrough for it. But I don't really edit in that part of the wiki. I'm more of a FFVII editor. I never played FFX-2, so I don't really know anything about it or this wiki's coverage about it. I'm one of those close-minded souls who were scared away by the J-Pop opening and lack of Auron. | |||

I look forward to the rest of your walkthroughs and those to come. Somehow following your walkthroughs makes the tough training sessions more cajin style if you know what i mean. On a side note, i noticed your 1-10 anime countdown. If your into the japanese anime, i recommend you check out "Hajime no ippo". Why did you "standardize" the table colors? I specifically picked out each color to reflect the colors of the respective job's clothing. I don't think there is a rule that states, "All tables that belong to a group must be standardized."

Because every other table type on this wiki is standardized (not the best way of saying it, but get where I'm going here), RW enemies should be no different. One table type, one color scheme. And in some cases, the colors chosen - Warmage - are too ugly to be kept around without this wiki looking bad. Just saying. | |||

I wish you had asked me before you did the whole color revamp, since I took the time to actually create the tables. And I don't see a problem with white on the top and lavender at the sides. I have half a mind to revert the pages back to their former color setting. This thing happened with the Tactics enemies also, where I created every single damn page and no one bothered to tell me "Hey! We're using the War of the Lions names!" or "Hey! You should standardize the table colors!"

After a whole day of final exams, I was going to come in here all ticked off, get up on my high horse, and revert all of the tables back to their previous color scheme. Then I went to the Warmage article and saw how the two shades of blue as a constant actually does look better. Plus a standard color saves me the trouble of looking through the Markup list for different color codes. Damn you, BH, for making me see the light. :P

You'll notice that I did fault IV for having boring, repetitive combat and I for being simplistic and unemotional. I considered the job system (or lack thereof) together with combat in general. Having a certain about of gems (or whatever they were) to spend on the abilities you want at that moment is hardly flexible considering only certain characters can even learn the abilities in the first place. Compare that to FFVII or FFVIII, where anyone can learn anything at any time. Sure, it strips away some of the "individuality", but it made organizing things before battle a lot less of a chore.
Also remember that I don't despise IX on its battle system alone (I mean, same ol', same ol', right? How can I hate what I've loved from the beginning?). The thing that bugged me the most about IX was the characters. In particular, Zidane. I mean, how are we supposed to take that ... thing seriously? This whole game seemed more like an in-joke than an engrossing experience. But hey, if you like it, play to your heart's content. I won't judge you. I just ask the same courtesy in return. You miscalculate whom you are talking to. Zidane was awesome! He looked funny, but so did everybody in that game. It still took itself very seriously, though suffered from the FFX disease of too much damn character interaction. It slowed the plot down considerably. Yet, the characters were at least interesting, and the jokes somewhat funny. | |||

Clearly, you are like me and don't really understand how to code anything. I don't fully understand either, yet somehow I manage to pass by. The secret is to copy and paste, then check if its what you want by using the "Show Preview" button. To upload a picture, you need to save it on your computer, then the "Browse" button will take you into your Picture Files. Open the one that you want. Just make sure it isn't a somebody else's fanart or a picture we already have before you upload it. | |||

Let's go through it sentence by sentence: "hey!" - a meaningless phrase used grab attention, if the only word in a sentence, it should have a capital letter. "finalfantasy staked me through the wikia deleteing my pages!!!!" - again no capital letter, and now things become difficult to understand. "finalfantasy" may refer to the user (who also deleted his User Page and Talk Page for no reason). Yet the lack of a space between and capital letters make me wonder if you're really referring to User: Final Fantasy. Not to mention the lack of a space between sentences. Beastmasters control or tame animals. He controls Cait Sith. Cait Sith may not be a true real cat, but, it's the fact that he controls the animal that he is a Beastmaster. But that is my opinion. Anyways, I say change it if you have a problem with it. Most of them I put in categories based on what was already put in the information box on the right side of the characters pages. Why don't you complain and change those to? Because that was there first, I was trying to put them in categories based on that. I read job descriptions and everything to base what I did on. I didn't just put some random thing on a character and let that be that. I went in depth with everything I did. Also some people have thanked me for categorizing characters. You are the first one to complain to me. So obviously it's not THAT big of a deal and can be changed easily to what you see fit. I based the jobs from III on the artwork made where they are made up as the four light warriors classic jobs. There are about two artworks showing them. And furthermore, I've seen some categories based on their limit breaks already. So, I don't see what the problem is. And based on your logic the only people that SHOULD be classified are those from Tactics and anyone with a job system, so, you'd have to take off Cloud... Aerith... Auron... etc. I was trying to make it easier for people to find characters from the games. Oh, and, I got some assumptions based on the characters information, like their backstory and so forth. I'll just stop contributing since I made such a HUGE mistake. Even though I had a couple of people who said I was doing a good job, but, I guess not. | |||
Azul, me, and Diablo spent an hour yesterday cleaning up some of the most insane Categorizations. It wasn't an easy 1, 2, 3 thing. Everyone of your contributions had to be checked to see if they made sense. Some were kept, most weren't. Only classify a character in a Class when things are clear beyond any doubt. Tifa is a Monk, no doubt there. But Ward is no Dragoon. He doesn't fight with a Spear, how can that make a Dragoon? FFIV and FFIX did things right by telling you right there up front what Jobs they had. | |||

A harpoon IS a spear, google it. And furthermore, if you look at Ward's information box it says Dragoon. Go and change that too because that was already there to begin with. So, I don't see the reason for the change there. Tifa fights with her fists, which makes her a monk... yes. But Elena attacks with THROW and that is a skill that Ninja's use. Example: Ninjas from Tactics and Shadow from VI. So, I don't see why you took that one off. Read her BOSS description to find out for yourself. and I put Shelke as a Monk because if you read the description of a Monk... it's the only job that uses the Nunchaku. Which is a weapon for Black Belts AKA Monks. So clearly, just because they don't fight with their fists doesn't make them a monk. | |||

Ward also posses the Jump ability as a limit break, even if it is called "Massive Anchor" *rolls eyes* Not true about Nunchakus. The annoying sugar addict known as Selphie uses Nunchakus but is listed as a gambler. When you're gonna categorize classes, it shouldn't be simply based on weapons unless it is something obvious like fists or a spear. | |||
And before we descend into a very long argument over semantics (which I'm sure you'll enjoy, but I have no fucking patience for), Elena is not a playable character. So she has no Job Class. Unless specifically mentioned in the game, no non-playable characters are not in Classes. If you want to know why Ward isn't a Dragoon, check the page history. I removed that category once before for a very good reason. | |||
