Greetings, unidentified visitor, and welcome to my userpage!
WARNING! This userpage is saturated with userboxes, images and hyperlinks! Proceed at your own risk!
I am going on partial Wikibreak
I know I've been rather sporadic in my presence on the wiki lately anyway, mainly due to both a large ongoing personal project and a new Wii, but since I start my second year at University on September 28th, I'll probably be on even less for quite some time. I know I've not updated either my Featured nor the Flan's Elbow Colosseum for a while, and I apologise to all those people who have any interest in them. I'll get round to it at some point, I promise.
P.S. While I'm 'gone', enjoy Balthier with the hat.
Newsflash! On the 20th of July 2009, I finally completed three tasks which I have long awaited the end of: Felling Yiazmat, triggering the Whiteout Concurrence, and triggering the Black Hole Concurrence. With these three fulfilled, I have finally completed FFXII utterly and entirely to 100%. The only things that can be considered incomplete are getting everyone to level 99* and defeating that murderous Lv99 Red Chocobo. Every other task imaginable is finished. WOOOHOOOOO!!!!
Incidentally, I don't think "Hunter Extraordinaire" covers it. I'd prefer the Sky Pirate's Den to say this: "Awarded for felling Yiazmat, earning you the title of OMGWTFBBQ!!! "
* My first team – Vaan, Balthier and Penelo – are all at Lv93, and my second team – Basch, Fran and Ashe – are all at Lv90
While my main alias is Sorceror Nobody, I am also a Final Fantasy fan. Hence if you see a Fnlfntsyfn out there in the wilds of the interwebz, it'll be me (or an imposter! O_o). My personal Sorceror Nobody logo is shown below.
You should bear in mind that I have imitated Uncyclopedia's style with many of the hyperlinks on this userpage. In other words, it's generally worth hovering your cursor over the links to see what they actually link to!
I also have a few personal in-jokes, as it were, that I use on the wiki. The most prominent is that any time I mention the backstory of FFVIII's characters, I inevitably refer to it as "contrived", "lame" or similar, and always make it link to Edea's Orphanage.
I am Sorceror Nobody (not to be confused with Sorcerer Nobodies). Although I am a Nobody, I am not under Xemnas's control, nor am I affiliated in any way with Organization XIII. See my page on the KH Wiki for more on this, as it's rather off-topic for this wiki.
Moving more towards Final Fantasy, some of my favourite characters have to be Sephiroth (coolest video game villain ever), Auron (just cool in general) and Vincent, 'cause he's pretty cool too. Now that I've completed FFVI, I can really appreciate why Kefka is so popular as well. I reckon Sephiroth still takes the crown for C.V.V.E. though.
Although I am not particularly keen on real-world sports, I love Blitzball...in FFX. They killed it stonedead in X-2. Don't get me wrong, I like Sphere Break, but what they did to Blitzball was utterly unforgivably terrible. I mean, Brother was a pretty decent player in X, but all of the Gullwings start crap in X-2. What went wrong? That is, other than his crush on Yuna, which is very wrong...
The table below lists all of the Square-Enix games and media that I own a copy of. Note also that while I have played and completed all three of FFVI Advance, FF Tactics Advance and KH: Chain of Memories, I do not actually own a copy of any of them.

This award shows that [[User:{{{1}}}|{{{1}}}]] has done something that, in the opinion of the Supreme Nonentity Sorceror Nobody, raises them slightly above their fellow lesser mortal entities. Congratulations!
This is the award that I present to deserving recipients. The list of Sorceror Nobody Award Laureates is as follows:
This is a list of nominees who have yet to inform me whether or not they are accepting or rejecting the award:
BlueHighwind for his massive contributions to the wiki, his incredibly good walkthroughs, and the genius that is Tales From the Q?, among other things
The following are awards that I have received from others:
The Golden Soldier Award
This Award is given by Captain Darkblade to show recognition for certain FANTASTIC actions. Well done!
"Star Player of the Zanarkand Abes! Didn't anyone tell you?"
This cluttered eyesore is to certify that Sorceror Nobody has completed Jeppo's Challenge #4!
We were all beginning to wonder how Seymour managed to slaughter the almost the entire Ronso race yet failed to defeat seven people in four attempts, and now we know why!
Whew. Big changes. There are now multiple versions of this. The possible images and taglines are shown below. Unfortunately, it isn't random. If I want random, I have to sacrifice matching taglines, which is annoying...
I'd like to give some supermassive thanks to the following people:
Master Conjurer, who unwittingly provided me with the knowledge of <choose> and <option>. Alas, these are now not used in my talk template, but I've still used it elsewhere (such as my FEC), so thanks are still due
Deadlyslashsword, who referred me to his talk template so I could see how to apply the {{{#if: }}} markup
ILHI, who added occasional helpful remarks during my initial failed attempts with the aforementioned {{{#if: }}}. That, and the fact that ILHI created the multiple-talk template in the first place
The rest of the template is basically unchanged.
EDIT: I've added a fourth possible image and tagline combination.

My first (but hopefully not last) guide. It's probably one of the largest writing projects I've ever undertaken, and I hope it proves to have been worth writing. It's also the first Ring of Fates guide to be completed on the wiki, so I also hope it earns its place as such.
You may notice that I frequently refer to it as a "guide" instead of a "walkthrough", as the content of it extends somewhat beyond just the storyline and sidequests.
While I don't have any more walkthroughs planned, I think I'd like to do another one at some point. I guess we'll just have to wait and see if any more games happen to take my fancy and tickle my writing bone...
Out of curiosity, I took a stroll over to the Unused files page. It broke my heart (lack of a Heart due to being Sorceror Nobody aside) to see so many there, so I decided to adopt a few of them and give them a loving home here.
While I in no way condone vandalism, reading his/her userpage and talk page brought me to the conclusion that the infamous vandal End Game is really quite a fascinating person
You should have received a personal welcome at the top of the page. If not, perhaps the page hadn't fully loaded. Try checking again once it finishes loading, unless of course you're not a registered user, because it always says "unidentified visitor" if you aren't logged in
If we're assuming that the fantastical transformation that causes them to exist in the real world also has a relevant effect on me (and my abilities), I'd save my game (where "game" means "lifetime so far") and then take a pop at them. If the only outcome of the fantastical transformation is to make them exist, and the rest of reality is unaltered, I'd take the sensible course of action and try to save my life by running my weak ass off as far away as possible

I created this in response to the large number of people voting for Irvine on the basis of his hat in the week 121 fight in the DNC. This picture proves that Barret works the hat just as well, if not better.
I created this in response to Captain Darkblade's request on the talk page for the Barret pic. I personally think this is even better, and definitely a hell of a lot cooler than the lady-man.
My best-scoring Blitzball match ever. You can see the award I got above. In fact, I didn't do it for the challenge, as I'd already done it much earlier: I played this match on Sept 17th '08, and only saw Jeppo's challenge on June 29th '09
Each month, I choose four things to "feature": a character, a concept, an enemy and one other thing that isn't covered by those three categories. Each will have a basic description of what they are (e.g. the character may be an "antagonist") and an appropriately chosen picture. I will also make a brief commentary on each featured item as well. You can read the archive here.
What can I say? I can't resist emphasising the fact that I've felled the beast. Of course, as I've frequently said myself, Yiazmat isn't difficult as such. He's just tiresome. That doesn't make me any less smug though.
Possibly the coolest final boss music in the series; it's certainly one of my personal favourites. While the entire thing is great, the fourth movement in particular is awesome, being what I like to describe as a "hyper-remix of Kefka's Theme". Of course, it helps that it has a Black Mages version that is pure epic win (the other track to hold this honour being Clash on the Big Bridge).
Like the Dragon's Neck Colosseum, but less prominent and a hell of a lot sillier. I mean, how can a Flan even have an elbow!? In accordance with this outright nonsensicality, I will generally put forward fights which have abstract participants, or ones which look one-sided but, on consideration, may not be.
