Hi! Welcome to my userpage! I'm here on the wiki to... well... I don't really know. I s'pose if I see anything that needs repair - and I know about it - I'll fix it. I was working on an FF7 walkthrough, but I got bored and gave up. And I lost all of my notes. I am not going through all that again. But before I begin my practiced rant on FF7. let's talk about something else.

My first FF was number 8, a-g-e-s ago. I didn't really understand the story, being 8, but loved the game. Next was 9, which I understood better, being much more simple - maniac wants to kill - and I loved that even more. After that, I played 1,2,4,5,6,7 and 10. I loved all of them. Except 7. Then I played 3 and 10-2. I loved them. You get the picture.

[edit] Rant of the Week

In a vague attempt to make myself more popular, I've decided to become the third user (that I know of) to start a weekly rant thing. I stress that this will not be weekly, and will in fact be updated whenever I can be bothered - probably once every fortnight.

In this, the first edition of my rant, I will be celebrating the fact that I never have to go to school again. Yipee. I've decided to produce a rant that combines this with my amazing ranting talents to rant about my school and the subjects I took.

Firstly, English. One of the compulsory subjects (obviously), this was actually quite a good subject to begin with. However, as the two GCSE years progressed, it steadily got worse and worse. For our texts, we studied "Of Mice And Men" - an amazing story - which was fine, but our second text was a thing or sheer disaster. It was a play called "Under Milk Wood". It is, without a shadow of a doubt, the most boring, pointless, rubbish, dirge-like thing I've ever come across. Seriously, never ever read this unless you want to induce suicidal thoughts. Really, nothing happens in the entire book, the characters are all one-dimensional, and it feels like it will never end. I actually cheered when we finished studying it. I am finally free. It didn't really help that our teacher constantly moaned about everything. We weren't allowed to do the following: Turn the heating on, Turn the heating off, Open the blinds, Touch the blinds, spray aerosols - apparrently these caused her to seize up, and I'll never forget the day when I bought an entire can of deoderant in and used it all in the space of an hour without her knowing - and she also moaned about how she was on a liquid diet that seemed to last for a year and a half.

So that was English. Little can be said for some subjects, like Maths, Science, Geography, History and ICT, but they did have some funny moments.

French was the bane of my life. Never have I wanted to kill more that when our French teacher was standing in front of us laughing at a video of "Tintin" - which I've never heard of - which was playing in french. I should stress that no-one in the class understood any of the video. I actually made a tally chart in my planner of how many times he told us a boring, pointless story about cheese or how he once bought a book. Needless to say, my planner is now full. Incidentally, I'll be pleasantly surprised if I get an E grade in that subject.

Fortunately, I'm now free. Never again do I have to be subjected to the torture of essays and annoying teachers and homework and detentions. Until I start my sixth-form in September.
