Ultra Waves is one of the earliest Blue Magic spells Quistis can learn. She learns it from Spider Webs that can be obtained by mugging or defeating Caterchipillars.

Ultra Waves unleashes sonic waves that attack all enemies which inflicts non-elemental damage and can inflict Berserk on all enemies. At Crisis Level 1, its magic power is 27, while at Crisis Level 2, it becomes 33, then at Level 3 it becomes 40, and finally at Level 4 it becomes 48.
