Born in 1964, Toshirō Tsuchida (土田 俊郎, Tsuchida Toshirō) is a game director for Square Enix, and has also produced several games outside the Final Fantasy series. Tsuchida's main role in the series is Battle Director, and his latest work was on Final Fantasy XIII.

He left Square Enix on the release of Final Fantasy XIII along with several other staff members.^[1] He had not participated in the events and interviews leading up to the release of the game.
