Tornado II

Tornado II is the final Merit ability found in Final Fantasy XI for Black Mages. As such, it is only available to players who have reached level 75. When cast, the spell will deal severe wind elemental damage to an enemy and decrease its resistance to ice-based spells, attacks and status effects. The spell is a stronger version of the Tornado spell, also found within this game. It may be recast every 90 seconds for 287 MP. Further Merit upgrades will increase both the Magic Burst damage and Magic Accuracy stat for this spell.
