"Torn from the Heavens" (天より降りし力, Ten yori Kudarishi Chikara?, lit. Power from the Heavens) is the leitmotif of Final Fantasy XIV, composed by Masayoshi Soken. It is featured in many of the game's trailers and the official benchmark.

XIV The theme is used as a F.A.T.E. theme and has several arrangements and variations in other tracks, such as "Frontiers Within", "Reflections", "Penitus", and the ending credits.

Bards can play the theme with their harps.

Final Fantasy XIV: HeavenswardEdit

"Torn from the Heavens" is included as part of "Heavensward" (at 2:58 mark), the main theme of the expansion.

Dissidia Final Fantasy (2015)Edit

Dissidia An arrangement of "Torn from the Heavens" appears as a battle theme associated with Y'shtola Rhul. The original PlayStation 3 version is also available from the in-game shop for 3,600 gil.
