Titania (タイタニア, Taitania? or ティターニア, Titānia?) is a recurring enemy in the Final Fantasy series. It is powerful fey creature.

Titania is a member of the Pixie family. They are a friendly NPC that can appear during Campaign battles, assisted by 9 Faeries. They have the White Mage job, and are capable of casting Raise III on fallen players.
Final Fantasy XIV[]
Titania is the King of the fae tribes of Il Mheg. Prior to the events of Shadowbringers, Titania slew the lightwarden of Il Mheg, becoming the new lightwarden in turn. Unlike other lightwardens, Titania's will was strong enough that they retained their physical form and some aspects of their personality. Loath to slay their corrupted king, the fae of Il Mheg instead sealed them within the castle of Lyhe Ghiah. Titania can be fought as a boss in 
The Dancing Plague.

Titania is a powerful enemy that belies its elegant appearance. Its Attack power is high, even surpassing Malboro and Red Panther. Its Holy-elemental spells protect its allies and decimate its enemies. Titania has Auto-Float status.

Titania is the strongest fairy-type monster. It cannot be encountered as an enemy, appearing exclusively as a potential transformation for the party's monster units.

Etymology[]
Titania is a character in William Shakespeare's play A Midsummer Night's Dream. The name "Titania" means "giant, great one", and is derived from Ovid's Metamorphoses, where it is an appellation given to Titan's daughters. In A Midsummer Night's Dream, Titania is the queen of the fairies.
