Time Mage is a Job from Final Fantasy Tactics Advance. Nu Mou and Moogles may become Time Mages after mastering five Black Mage skills. There is nothing really to say about Time Mages because their skills can pretty much be predicted, but be aware that there are some classes such as the Juggler and Ninja that can reap the benefits of Time Magic without the large MP use.
