It is first played at the beginning of the game when Cloud Strife, Barret Wallace, Jessie and Biggs and Wedge return to 7th Heaven after the bombing mission, and Tifa and Cloud discuss their past. It also plays during flashbacks involving Tifa.
During "Planet's Crisis" that plays during the ending FMV, parts of "Tifa's Theme" play alongside the main theme when Cloud saves her in the crumbling cave.
Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children

It can be heard during the movie's final scenes, and when Tifa and Marlene go to the Sector 5 Church. This version was included in the movie's soundtrack as the fifth track of the first disc.
"Tifa's Theme" is also heard during the special feature "Reminiscence of Final Fantasy VII."
