- —In-Game Description
The Thief job is available to Humans and Moogles as a basic job in Final Fantasy Tactics Advance. Thieves are almost the best class in the game because of their unique ability to steal just about everything your opponent has. Take full advantage of this by examining every piece of equipment your opponents have. Thieves are pretty much balanced in most stats, but don't rely on their growth too well. Ninjas and Hunters have better stat growths.
Having a set of Thief Armlets equipped increases the stealing rate of whatever you are trying to steal, up to 100% (43% for Steal:Ability). Stopping or inflicting Sleep on the target will give you 100% chance for stealing anything. Inflicting Petrify or KOing the target will give you a 0% chance of stealing.
