The Binding Coil of Bahamut - Turn 3, located in the The Ragnarok and known by players as T3, is the third turn of the Binding Coil of Bahamut Raid Raid in Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn.

Unlike other raid instances, Turn 3 does not contain a boss fight or equivalent combat challenge, and does not give rewards as if a raid fight were cleared. All future raids are split into 4 segments, instead of the 5 that The Binding Coil of Bahamut is, likely to avoid creating more instances like this.

Story[]

Spoiler warning: Plot and/or ending details follow. (Skip section)

At the depth of 1,233 yalms, your party comes upon the fragment of Dalamud the Garleans had sought. Its true identity is the Ragnarok, a colossal starship which fell away from the lesser moon moments before Bahamut burst free of his prison over the Carteneau Flats. To reach your destination, you must venture through this relic of ancient Allag. Stay ever on your guard, for every shadow may conceal dangers.

In-game Description

The party enters the Ragnarok, an ancient Allagan vessel docked on Dalamud for thousands of years. Like the exploratory site above it, the Ragnarok is filled with Allagan biotech and robots which seek to prevent the party from advancing onward and discovering the truth.

Spoilers end here.

Objectives[]
