"Theme of the Empire" from Final Fantasy XII
"The Archadian Empire" (帝国のテーマ, Teikoku no Tēma?, lit. Theme of the Empire), is a theme from Final Fantasy XII, and represents the eponymous antagonistic empire of the game, acting as its leitmotif. It is arranged as several other tracks in the game. It was composed by Hitoshi Sakimoto.

"The Archadian Empire" is considered as the anthem of the Archadian Empire. "Black of Night [Imperial Version]" plays during the conversation between Vayne Carudas Solidor and Dr. Cidolfus Demen Bunansa. It is the nineteenth track of the second disc of the original soundtrack.
