Etymology

[view · edit · purge]Tarantula refers to a family of spiders which inhabit much of the warmer areas of the world. Known for their impressive size, Tarantulas are often kept as pets or used in cuisine. Despite their tendency to inflict the Poison status ailment in the Final Fantasy series, most tarantulas are not dangerous to humans.
