Talonsburg (ステスロスの町, Sutesurosu no Chou^?) is a location in Final Fantasy Legend III. Dr. Quacer is the founder of Talonsburg, and it's also the place where he resides along with four AirMaid-type Robots. After walking across the desert, Arthur meets Dr. Quacer for the first time in Talonsburg who mistakes him for Jupiah. He ask where the Talon is, and Arthur explains to him that they ran across a sandstorm.

After hearing Arthur retrieved all the Talon Units from the crash, Dr. Quacer says he will attached them to Talon2. Not only Arthur get the Talon2, but also the ability to fly across oceans with the Hover unit found here once it's installed aboard the ship.

You also learn that Borgin went to the Goht region inside the barrier.
