- Please remember that this page is to discuss improving the article. Anyways, according to what Koji and Yoshi said during the Q&A at fanfest 2018, there is no explicit passage of time during the events of 2.0 - 5.0. The amount of time that passes is meant to be left up to the player's interpretation, as it different for most players depeneding on when they start playing FFXIV and how they go through the expansions. As for physical changes to Meteor in the CGI opening for 5.0, Koji jokingly put it best "I always just thought it was stress." --Miphares (talk) 04:47, July 13, 2019 (UTC)
- I don't think the time difference is that much anyway. 1hr:100yrs is way too much. If that's the case, by the time we clear ShB story and return to The Source, everybody in our home world would've been dead. Monterossa (talk) 06:22, July 13, 2019 (UTC)
Original FFXIV opening video[]
I just saw original FFXIV (1.x) opening CG video and besides other warriors who later appear in cinematics and were base for the Warriors of Darkness, there was actually one who I think looked like Cylva (in the morbol fight fragment). Actually, near the beginning, the guy who was talking with Midlander looked laike Crystarium's Glynard.--LeafShinobi (talk) 21:36, November 12, 2019 (UTC)
