Outerworld NPCs[]

- not very sure what your question is. You need to enable Outerworld services and find the appropriate @LRFFXIII outer world services NPC (i bought the item just in case) before Helter Skelter appears in the Outerworld category of the barter shop. so I think that means yes.--Arciele Spira (talk) 09:26, February 26, 2014 (UTC)
