I recently edited the Mount Bervenia page to explain why one of the treasures ((4,11): X-Potion/Flameburst Bomb) cannot be obtained. I have thoroughly tested this, and the Float status gained through any means other than the Levitate movement ability does not allow the treasure to be obtained.

I believe I may know the reason why the developers made this decision. Unless the Float status is gained through a movement ability, it could be temporary (the Float status could be dispelled or the unit’s accessory could be stolen or broken). With this line of thinking, I thought that it might be possible for a unit to stand on a lava tile if that unit were equipped with Feather Boots and the Maintenance support ability, but it is still impossible.

I am new to this wiki (and actually do not have an account), but I did start a discussion on GameFAQs about this. I can't post the link here, as the external link challenge wouldn't appear for me, but the name of the topic on GameFAQs is "Question Regarding the Fourth Move-Find Item at Bervenia Volcano."
