Gilgamesh: Enough expository banter!
This talk page is used for discussing improvements to the page "List of Final Fantasy V enemies". It is not the place for general discussion or sharing stories about the topic of this article.
TBH, IMO, if all of the enemy lists are going to be done, it would be better in one page, or none of them in this page and each getting their own sub-page. Giving one priority of this page when there are three lists is rather unfair.

Or is that just me?  ILHI 12:22, 6 July 2008 (UTC)

Yes, AJ, it is ridiculously easy to think of doing that. I'm not so stupid (well at all) to not think of it. But as so, it was an idea, that I did not consider doing (ever) because we list enemies alphabetically. Therefore making no sense to SNES players, Advance players, etc.

@NB: It's just how the <gallery> tags work.  ILHI 15:31, 7 July 2008 (UTC)

Yup. That is our policy and I agree with this.

But then, players using older versions can easily navigate to their wanted page using the redirects and disambigs supplied. Doesn't make it any harder for them. Here, other users will have to scroll the page looking for the image attached to their GBA name. Of course, including all names is better than how most pages are formed now, but clearly the subpages are better. I'm just wanting to see if all in one article is better than subpages.  ILHI 15:52, 7 July 2008 (UTC)

Yes they do, and I clearly did not think of this at the time. :D  ILHI 15:56, 7 July 2008 (UTC)
Probably middle one, but I reckon it'd look better like this:

I'm like that, I like to link things if it can. They all link to the same place, but I think it presents nicer.  ILHI 16:08, 7 July 2008 (UTC)

TBH, it doesn't take that long, and if I cared I wouldn't have started this project. I have no other reason than it looks nicer.  ILHI 20:31, 7 July 2008 (UTC)
Don't have to, but looks nicer.

Anyway, is this going to be done, or are we sticking with current page format?  ILHI 20:42, 7 July 2008 (UTC)

I would had their been two columns, so all the names started in the same places.  ILHI 14:29, 8 July 2008 (UTC)

Are you going to continue this Bluerfn?  ILHI 21:44, 20 September 2008 (UTC)
I was asking because I'm finally getting back to working on the FFI - FFVI galleries. After I've done FFIV I was thinking of continuing your FFV work... but you did more work than just the work seen on this page.  ILHI 08:53, 21 September 2008 (UTC)

So um.....what exactly needs to be completed here?? To-Do List says that this still needs completed, but I see nothing that needs to be done??? Xenomic 06:04, 21 April 2009 (UTC)

It means individual enemy pages. Once every V enemy article doesn't use Template:enemy-stub or Template:IncompleteTable.  ILHI 14:37, 21 April 2009 (UTC)

To-Do-List Edit

What is lacking to keep it from being completed in the To-Do-List? --Silver Mage 10:26, 16 August 2009 (UTC)

Articles incomplete x_x Edit

FFV iOS SpritesEdit

Since FFV iOS enemy sprites appeared on Spriters Resource I decided to upload them, but I'll need to remove unnecessary space from them since they are strangely untrimmed (I spend like six hours or so identifying every single enemy image in the folder and removed duplicates and strangely enough, double-sized SNES/GBA sprites). However, there is one enemy image I can't identify: it's an image of a small barefoot child-looking human wearing blue. Anyone remember seeing something like that in either pre-iOS versions or in iOS ones? Also, how would I categorize the images? Could it be the enemy sprite that is used when an enemy is inflicted with the mini status? Fenrir9 (talk) 00:50, March 31, 2015 (UTC)
Oh huh, they did? About time. Maybe we can get the character job sprites, too..."Category:Final Fantasy V iOS Enemy Images" will do.--Magicite-ffvi-ios Technobliterator TC 00:59, March 31, 2015 (UTC)
Does it look like this Kaimi?
