Or is that just me? ILHI 12:22, 6 July 2008 (UTC)
Ridiculously easy to solve. Here I give you three ways to write all their three version names >;3
Updated/recent translations first, no? Sort them by their recent names, and there you have it.@ILHI: It is just you.
Wouldn't this page be alot neater if we put the page in rows of three's instead of four's?
@NB: It's just how the <gallery> tags work. ILHI 15:31, 7 July 2008 (UTC)
It's our policy to use the recent, updated translation and give them priority, correct? Sort them out by the recent names, and then list down the other versions names below their corresponding image. Saves us the need of creating redundant subpages, it will >;3
But then, players using older versions can easily navigate to their wanted page using the redirects and disambigs supplied. Doesn't make it any harder for them. Here, other users will have to scroll the page looking for the image attached to their GBA name. Of course, including all names is better than how most pages are formed now, but clearly the subpages are better. I'm just wanting to see if all in one article is better than subpages. Do not internet browsers have a search function?
Acknowledged >;3 Above I present three ways to write all the version names. Which one do you prefer? Of course, the link on top is the recent version - all will be linked according to their GBA names.
I'm like that, I like to link things if it can. They all link to the same place, but I think it presents nicer. ILHI 16:08, 7 July 2008 (UTC)
I must disagree on your approach to put links even to the other version names if your reasoning echoes "to please or ease those familiar with the other version names", as that's redundancy to the extreme. Needless waste of effort and time that can be used to improve other articles >:3
I would have to agree with AJD. We don't need to put excessive wikilinks when it all directs to an article. One link should be enough.
Anyway, is this going to be done, or are we sticking with current page format? ILHI 20:42, 7 July 2008 (UTC)
Once I get the incomplete articles and missing images, we should go with it. I personally like the third version, tho.
I vote for the third version. It treats all the names equally and it looks the best. Though we still shall arrange the pictures according to the GBA names.
So um.....what exactly needs to be completed here?? To-Do List says that this still needs completed, but I see nothing that needs to be done??? Xenomic 06:04, 21 April 2009 (UTC)
- It means individual enemy pages. Once every V enemy article doesn't use Template:enemy-stub or Template:IncompleteTable. ILHI 14:37, 21 April 2009 (UTC)
Articles incomplete x_x Edit
So I've noticed that a LOT of the enemy articles for this game are just...incomplete as all hell. I could've sworn a LOT of these were fixed up and done before...we need to get on that and get that out of the way since it needs done badly.
FFV iOS SpritesEdit
Since FFV iOS enemy sprites appeared on Spriters Resource I decided to upload them, but I'll need to remove unnecessary space from them since they are strangely untrimmed (I spend like six hours or so identifying every single enemy image in the folder and removed duplicates and strangely enough, double-sized SNES/GBA sprites). However, there is one enemy image I can't identify: it's an image of a small barefoot child-looking human wearing blue. Anyone remember seeing something like that in either pre-iOS versions or in iOS ones? Also, how would I categorize the images? - Could it be the enemy sprite that is used when an enemy is inflicted with the mini status? Fenrir9 (talk) 00:50, March 31, 2015 (UTC)
- Oh huh, they did? About time. Maybe we can get the character job sprites, too..."Category:Final Fantasy V iOS Enemy Images" will do.-- Technobliterator TC 00:59, March 31, 2015 (UTC)
