Seems like Gimme Cats absorb at least fire and thunder -type attacks. I cast Fira with Vivi and attacked with Steiner wielding Coral Sword, and it gained health from both of those attacks. However, this doesn't show in the "elemental affinities" -section. Why?

I also noticed it absorbing Holy (from Steiner's Excalibur) and Wind (from Eiko's Tiger Racket). It seems the Gimme Cat has some sort of hidden elemental resistances. Jihiro 09:01, March 7, 2012 (UTC)

German name - ambiguity[]

Hi!

In the German version this monster is named "Bettelcat", which can be translated to Gimme Cat (or mroe directly to "begging cat", or if you pronounce it, it sounds pretty much as you say "Battle Cat". MIght be worth to add to the wiki entry.

PS: I laughed my ass off when I saw this enemy's name, due to the ambiguity.
