I could be wrong, but I think she kept it a secret for her own safety and not so much anything else. - I think it would be safer to go with either the PS or GBA versions of FFV, as they were officially translated. Then just use the RPGe translations as redirects, e.g. Worse Castle redirects to Walse Castle. --Hecko X 11:15, 28 December 2006 (UTC)

Syldra is a girl, according to FFV Advance. Here are quotes from the game:
"Krile: Syldra's your name? Oh, you're such a good girl...
Faris: Krile! You can see her?"
