Also rather list like. 2127 21:32, 19 August 2008 (UTC)
- Here's a rather stupid question: Does adding "List of" improve this article in any way? Will it make the formatting clearer, add more information, or do anything? What's the point? --BlueHighwind 21:34, 19 August 2008 (UTC)
It's called consitency. However, this time Gamer is in the wrong. All these items are called Canoe, and thus it doens't need to be called "List of Canoes". Compare to the Boats, where it's a list of different kinds of boats. After all, we don't have articles called "List of Fire" and the like, but we do have "List of airships". | |||
Isn't the FF7 canoe guy just a random Kayaker? - +DeadlySlashSword+ 22:13, January 30, 2013 (UTC)
- Yes. The section doesn't exactly state otherwise. 79.69.193.36 22:18, January 30, 2013 (UTC)
- My point here is that it's a kayak and not a canoe. - +DeadlySlashSword+ 23:11, January 30, 2013 (UTC)
- I must admit, I'm not clued up on boat terminology, but this --"A canoe of a type used originally by the Eskimo[...]". 79.69.193.36 23:33, January 30, 2013 (UTC)
- Kayak are for one person, canoe are for two people usually or more. - +DeadlySlashSword+ 23:38, January 30, 2013 (UTC)
- The second sentence on that page says that you can have a multi-person kayak.
- I seriously don't get what the problem is here, just say that while it's not a canoe, it's similar, which is true, the main difference is if the thing has an opened or closed top. -- Some Color Mage ~ (Talk) 23:45, January 30, 2013 (UTC)
