- It must be said, he really doesn't have much screen time in AC, does he? BTW, in terms of the game, I believe he is one of the less popular characters, is he not? I'm not entirely sure why. Goldberry: How can someone speak in English when England never existed? Or Japanese, for that matter? :)
Also, what might be noteworthy to add is Cait Sith's fate in DOC *********SPOILER ALER, DO NOT READ FURTHER********* There is a mission where the player controls him, and then he's killed by Nero, isn't he? I haven't finished the game yet, but it seems to be that way...
As a Scot, I can tell you on the highwand Cait says "Lassie shut your gob" he then says "Crikey lass shut your mouth" at another point he tells Cloud that he is "the chips and gravy"...so basically he tells Yuffie to shut up and then tells Cloud he is great. 88.107.1.150 09:36, 9 April 2008 (UTC)
[edit] Can Cait Sith function without Reeve?
I know that Cait Sith is "controlled" by Reeve but what i don't understand is how. Cait's personallity, voice, accent and actions are completely different to Reeve's and he is seen in DOC walking along side him. This leads me to believe that Cait Sith can walk and talk and act without Reeve and simply takes orders from him. This theory would make alot of sense to me if it were not for the fact that over the course of the ff7 series the characters often refer to Cait as Reeve and Reeve as Cait, implying that they are one in the same. Can someone please clear this up for me. Does Cait have any artificial intelligence or does Reeve just act differently when he's controling Cait? 82.1.68.117 19:33, 17 April 2008 (UTC)
Just found out that Reeve has a special ability called inspire which allows him to give life to inorganic materials so Cait can think and speak and act by himself which probably means Reeve just commands him. 82.1.68.117 21:08, 21 April 2008 (UTC)
I've always thought that Reeve issues a command and Cait Sith's AI will follow the command but he can say or do whatever he wants as long as it fits in with the perimeters of the command/mission. I think Cait Sith can exist without Reeve. Dhoonib 04:20, 24 September 2008 (UTC)
