Steven Jay Blum (born April 26th, 1960) is an American actor and voice actor. In the Final Fantasy series, he is the voice of Vincent Valentine in the Compilation of Final Fantasy VII, Ba'Gamnan in Final Fantasy XII, and Cid Aulstyne in Final Fantasy Type-0.

Steven Jay Blum originally made his debut in various Cold War centered movies made in North America in minor roles. In 1991, Steven made his first voiceover role in anime through the Mobile Suit Gundam series, and his first voiceover role in video games debuted him in the Lucasarts 1995 sci-fi dystopia punk PC Adventure game Full Throttle.

In the late nineties, during the rise of Japanese anime in North America, Steven Blum's career in the western dubbing and voice acting world skyrocketed, landed the main role of Spike Spigel in critically acclaimed series Cowboy Bebop, the anti hero villain Makoto Shishio in the revolutionary shounen series Rurouni Kenshin, and the Cartoon Network Toonami anime block host TOM since its starting years. In video games, a few of his early roles starred him in Squaresoft works, from Brave Fencer Musashi, Bushido Blade, and The Bouncer. On June 5th, 2012, Steven was recorded into the Guinness Books of World Records being the most prolific video game voice actor to date.
