Sprint Shoes (ダッシューズ, Dasshūzu?, lit. Dash Shoes), also known as Dash Boots and Sprinter's Shoes, is a recurring accessory in the series. They generally increase the equipped user's or party's movement speed.

Final Fantasy VIEdit

Sprint Shoes are relics bought at Gau's father's house, Mobliz, Narshe, Returner Hideout, South Figaro, Thamasa, and Albrook for 1,500 gil. The relic raises the party's running speed around towns or dungeons. Maduin has them permanently equipped in a flashback scene where he is playable, but the player cannot access the menu at this time to view this.

Final Fantasy VIIEdit

Sprint Shoes are obtained in the Gold Saucer after winning all 8 rounds of Special Battle and talking to the lady outside the Battle Square. They are also a prize in the "A" and "S" rank chocobo races.

Final Fantasy X-2Edit

Sprint Shoes grants the wearer the First Strike ability, +10 Agility, and access to Haste in battle. Two can be given to a Creature Creator monster to teach it the First Strike ability. Sprint Shoes can be found in the Calm Lands (west), as a blitzball prize, dropped by Tindalos (Oversoul) and Lacerta, or stolen from Lacerta or Ixion.

Final Fantasy XIEdit

Sprinter's Shoes have 1 Defense, but when used as an item, it will temporarily increase movement speed (Quickening) until the player changes their job, engages in combat, or uses up 60 minutes of time.

Sprint Shoes is an accessory for Vaan. They give the ability Swiftness, which increases his group's Movement Speed by a 1.2x. Sprint Shoes are a reward for mission 2-1 and can be bought at Tomaj's Sky Saloon shop after clearing Mission 3-1 for 800 gil.

Final Fantasy XIIIEdit

Sprint Shoes is an accessory that grants Haste at the start of battle, and is acquired through upgrading the Hermes Sandals using the Perovskite catalyst.

In patch 2.51, Sprint Shoes were added as a part of the chocobo races in the Manderville Gold Saucer. When used, they temporarily speed up the player's chocobo.

Dash Boots adds 1 to Move and also provides +2 Defense, and can be bought for 2000 gil after the second shop upgrade.

Sprint Shoes is an accessory that provides +1 Move and +2 Defense, and can be bought for 2000 Gil in the shop after creating it in the Bazaar after using a Wind Sigil, Rabbit Tail, and Superior Silk Thread.
