Spriggan is a dummied monster from the NES version of Final Fantasy III. It cannot be fought by any normal means. Its statistics show that it could have been fought at the top floors of the Crystal Tower.

Etymology Edit

Spriggans are legendary creatures known from Cornish faery lore. They were depicted as grotesquely ugly, and were said to be found at old ruins and barrows guarding buried treasure and generally acting as fairy bodyguards.
