The Sphere Oscillo-finder is an engine used in airships in Spira, the world of Final Fantasy X and Final Fantasy X-2. It is used to find people, things, etc., and possibly to store data. In Final Fantasy X-2, Chateau Leblanc houses an Oscillo-finder that can confirm the "store data" feature.

The Sphere Oscillo-finder was used to find Yuna after Tidus's party, the Al Bhed, Summoners, and their guardians escape from Home. It actually works, even though Cid does not know exactly how - it finds her in the City of St. Bevelle wearing a wedding dress.

Final Fantasy X-2Edit

In Final Fantasy X-2, the Sphere Oscillo-finder is used by Sphere Hunters to help them search for spheres from 1,000 years ago. Every now and then Buddy gets leads on the finder and sends the Gullwings on a quest to investigate.
