The Specter is a powerful undead enemy from Final Fantasy II. Not only can it Drain HP with its physical attack, but it may cast Break VI in attempt to Petrify the entire party, cast Sleep VI on the party, and pound everyone with a Blizzard VIII spell. It also tends to show up in a group of three or four alongside Revenant enemies, which can spell certain death for the party. If you run into this sort of situation, focus your immediate attention on eliminating the Specters with Fire spells first, since their Break spells pose the greater threat. You may also want to cast Protect and Barrier on your party to minimize the damage taken, and to reduce the chances of the status spells taking effect.
