A young woman who served as a dancer in the front lines during the war. Soleil's bewitching dances not only serve to comfort the hearts of soldiers on the field, but the different magical properties tied to each dance help unlock their innermost potential as well. In battle she wields the throwing weapon known as the chakram, though being a pacifist at heart she prefers to use it as a part of her dance routine rather than for hurting others.
She grew up loving dance until she finally learned the original purpose behind her unique skills. The grief she felt upon realizing that her passion was meant to be used as a tool of war then crystallized in form of a vision.
Nevertheless, she served in the front lines during the war, using her dances not only to comfort the hearts of soldiers on the field, but to help unlock their innermost potential as well. In battle she wields the chakram, though she prefers to use it as a part of her dance routine.
Soleil's job is listed as Dancer. A 4-6★ Rare Summon, her roles in battle is to Support. Her Trust Master reward is Miracle Step – a passive ability that increases the unit's MP by 20%, its MAG/SPR by 10%, and raises its chance of evading physical damage by 5%.
Soleil has no natural element or status resistances (but earns some through leveling up), and can equip daggers, staves, rods, whips and throwing weapons, along with hats, clothes and robes. She can also equip accessories. Soleil has a exclusive materia, Healing Waltz II, which allows the user to cure poison, blind, sleep, silence, paralyze, confuse, and disease to the whole party at the cost of 20 MP. It was available during the Auracite Chosen event. It could be purchased from King Mog's reward shop at the cost of 4000 Red Orbs.
While not exclusive to her, Battle Hoop (a throwing weapon with ATK+50 and DEF+20) only grants the Graceful effect when equipped by Soleil herself. Graceful is a passive that decreases her chance of being targeted by 10%. The weapon was available in the Auracite Chosen event as well, though its cost was 6000 Red Orbs.
Soleil's awakening materials are as follows:
- 5★: Rainbow Needle x25, Earth's Core x13, Sacred Crystal x15, Esper's Tear x8, Holy Crystal x8
- 6★: Rainbow Bloom x20, Fairies' Writ x10, Prismatic Horn x10, Calamity Writ x5, Divine Crystal x5
Soleil has no magic affinity. She has three (4★) or four (5-6★) ability slots.

Soleil' stats at her highest levels are as follows (with no passive abilities taken into account), along with the maximum amount of stat points that can be increased through pot-enhancements:
|Rarity||Level||HP||MP||ATK||DEF||MAG||SPR||Drop Check* Maximum burst stone drops per hit|
|4★||60||1889 (+240)||102 (+40)||67 (+16)||71 (+16)||72 (+16)||83 (+16)||4|
|5★||80||2455 (+300)||132 (+50)||87 (+20)||92 (+20)||93 (+20)||108 (+20)||5|
|6★||100||3192 (+390)||172 (+85)||113 (+26)||119 (+26)||121 (+26)||141 (+26)||6|
Limit Bursts Edit
Soleil's Limit Burst is a debuff-type ability. The number of hits varies according to her rarity: it may be either twenty (4★), eighteen (5★), or sixteen (6★) hits.
Soleil is an effective buffer, being able to buff all stats albeit in separate abilities. Unfortunately these abilities last only 1 turn and don't buff for a large amount, at least until they are enhanced. At this point their duration lasts for 2 turns and buffs at a base of 80% and potentially reaching 120% if the player can properly combo her dances alternating between a defensive buff and an offensive one (or vice-versa). They also come with the added benefit of inflicting stat breaks on enemies and overall have a very low MP cost for their overall effect. Her Limit Burst if successful can Charm enemies which can work against certain Bosses as well. Soleil's downsides however are her frailty as she lacks significant boosts to HP, DEF or SPR although she makes up for this with decreased target chance (through Enhances) and several status ailments immunities. The fact she lacks MP restoration for the party often means she is replaced by ★5 base rarity units who can. If one however, uses another unit for this purposes, then Soleil is by all means a powerful support unit.
Soleil means "sun" in French. It is not commonly used as a name in France itself.
Sun is the star at the center of the Solar System and is by far the most important source of energy for life on Earth. It is a nearly perfect sphere of hot plasma, with internal convective motion that generates a magnetic field via a dynamo process.The
