Turncoat

Turncoat in Final Fantasy: The 4 Heroes of Light.

Sic (ほんきだせ, Honkidase?), also known as Turncoat, is a recurring ability in the Final Fantasy series.

Appearances

Final Fantasy XI

Template:Sideicon Template:See Also Sic is a pet command available to Beastmasters. Sic is related to the accumulation of TP, Tactical Points, and weapon skills. All enemy creatures gain TP throughout battles, just like player characters. Since it is these enemy creatures or summoned jug pets (familiars) that a Beastmaster ultimately charms, they also gain TP. Sic is available to a Beastmaster when he reaches 25 and has a 3 minute recast timer. When used, Sic will command the Beastmaster's pet to perform a special attack. These attacks are chosen at random from the list of available abilities each creatures has. If the pet does not have 100% TP or higher, this ability is wasted but the pet's TP is not.
