Sealed Cave (Final Fantasy IV)

From Final Fantasy Wiki

The Sealed Cave
"The gates here are their own keepers."
—Rosa

The Sealed Cave (ふういんのどうくつ, Fuuin no doukutsu), also known as Sealed Cavern, is a location in the games Final Fantasy IV and Final Fantasy IV: The After Years. It is located in the Underworld, and it is the location of one of the Dark Crystals. Its name comes from the fact that its gate is sealed, and only a necklace held by Luca, the princess of Dwarves, can open it. Its passages are often bewitched to reveal Trap Doors whenever an intruder attempts to open a door. A wall attempts to trap intruders who have retrieved the Crystal inside the cave.
