A third class SOLDIER operative encountered during the raid on the upper floors of Shinra Headquarters. They are notable for having the Hardedge, a weapon for Cloud that doubles his attack power, as a stealable item; it is advised you steal it, as otherwise you cannot buy it until Junon.

In battle, they tend to show up in pairs. They use a variety of magic, as well as the Flying Sickle attack which deals moderate damage to one character. They are weak against Fire, however, so having somebody equipped with Fire-All isn't a bad idea.
