Ruin Depths

The Ruin Depths is an optional dungeon in Final Fantasy X-2. To unlock it, 3 Chocobos of each level must be dispatched one level at a time. Once all return successfully, Clasko will tell the Gullwings that a new area was found at the back of the Chocobo Ranch.
Unlike most areas in Final Fantasy X-2, the Ruin Depths doesn't have a mini-map. This makes exploration difficult. There are some Key Items here though, such as the Machina Reactor and Repair Manual. The Machina Reactor allows Rikku's Special Dressphere, the Machina Maw, to learn the Break HP Limit ability. The Repair Manual can be used in Djose to repair the Experiment, so it can be fought with higher (or lower) levels.
The boss of this area is the Anything Eater. The Higher Power Garment Grid is the prize for completing this area.
