A thief that lurks around the Moonflow. He's not especially strong, but will use Hi-Potions when injured. It's best to finish him off in one hit.
The Ruffian is an enemy in Final Fantasy X-2. They are not terribly powerful, but should be dealt with quickly as they can use items on the party. Petrify and Instant Death attacks are the way to go, though any method works well against them.
