Reuben is one of Benjamin's four allies from Final Fantasy Mystic Quest. He hails from the town of Fireburg and wields a Morning Star. He accompanies Benjamin through much of the Fire Elemental portion of the game, including the fight with the Dualhead Hydra, but is subsequently knocked off a bridge by a Mummy, stranding him and forcing Benjamin to go on without him. He later makes his way back to Windia to rejoin Benjamin, but his injuries have not completely healed, and he is declared unfit for action by Phoebe just before Benjamin is to go to the Focus Tower to fight the Dark King. Phoebe therefore fights in his stead.
