This automaton was crafted to resemble one of the characters appearing in an ancient Eorzean faerie-tale. In the story, a young girl named Relm is able to conjure the images of great beasts simply by sketching them - a feature this doll unfortunately lacks.
Wind-up Relm appears as a minion for players to obtain. The minion can be obtained with an item code that comes with the Final Fantasy XIV: Heavensward | The Art of Ishgard – Stone and Steel – artbook. In the Lord of Verminion minigame, the minion's attack is Enchanted Artistry, which raises the action party's defense by 40 points.
Relm is an ally and a summonable Legend.

A young girl with artistic ability far surpassing her years. Relm has a surprisingly sharp tongue, but at times her inner warmth breaks through. She and Strago, whom she loves like a grandfather, set out on a journey to defeat Kefka.
Relm is a playable character who could initially be recruited during the Sketching Miracles Challenge Event. She is the First Time Reward for completing the Cultists' Tower stage on the Classic difficulty track.
Relm is a Pictomancer whose combat role is Master of Magic.
The petite pictomancer from Final Fantasy VI is nothing short of a prodigious practitioner of healing and summoning magic, playing in essence like a cross between Rydia and Garnet before her. She will most likely be a replacement for Mog, who to this point has likely borne the brunt of White Mage duty for the delegation and can return to more of a support role as a Dancer. Relm is not as complete a Summoner as the majority represented in the game, but she is one of the strongest in her delegation.
She can equip accessories.
Relm appears represented by water-elemental cards. She has cards with her Yoshitaka Amano artwork and her SD art. Her SD card has abilities that grant beneficial effects to the player's Forwards with the "P" symbol on their card. Her Amano art card has an ability that mimics Relm's Sketch skill, allowing the player to play a Monster from their Break Zone to the Field for a turn.
Relm appears on Triple Triad cards in the version available via Final Fantasy Portal App.
Non-Final Fantasy guest appearancesEdit
The Pictmancer appears on a gold card. The female Pictmancer resembles Relm.
