Cid: Oh, shut up and help me remodel the Ranger (Final Fantasy III) page!
Please expand this article into a full one. This can be done by making a 2D and 3D weapon/armor table like here. Equipment stats do not belong here since the weapons/armor should link to their respectable list of Final Fantasy III weapon/armor page.. This request can be discussed on the associated discussion page.
Rangers are experts in ranged combat. With their bows, they can attack for full damage from even the back line! Their Barrage ability allows them to unleash a hail of projectiles at the enemy!
The bearer of this certificate is deadly accurate with bow and arrow and is deemed worthy of the title of Master Ranger.
—In-job mastery certificate description
The Ranger(狩人, Karyudo?, lit. Hunter), also known as Hunter or Archer, is a job class in Final Fantasy III. It is gained from the Fire Crystal. Rangers are highly skilled in the way of archery. However, they can be expensive considering the need to purchase arrows. With a bow in hand and arrows readied, rangers can deal the same amount of damage from either the front line or the rear line. They can also wield boomerangs.
[view·edit·purge]A ranger is an archetype found in many fantasy fiction and role-playing games. Rangers are usually associated with the wisdom of nature. Rangers tend to be wise, hardy, cunning, and perceptive in addition to being skilled woodsmen.
